I really need help on understanding salvation. I’ve heard that we have a choice to reject Jesus even after salvation and lose it. It makes sense but now I’m worried because for a period of time I ignored Gods conviction and did what I wanted. Now I feel I can’t come to Him anymore because He won’t take me back again…I think I lost my salvation.
Reply from JPN: Hi Grace, great name and there is always grace for those that see their need and come humbly to Him. I will email Smile

Wow! I loved the study on the feasts….read the whole article today! It all started when a friend said they had left the church due to apostasy going on in it and started keeping the feasts of Lev 23. I told her that while it was good to study and know the feasts as they relate to Christ, that Christ was the substance and fulfillment of all these things. Keeping the feasts to me equates to going back to the Old Testament law keeping which we are warned in Galatians not to revert to, otherwise the work of Christ for us is then in vain. This article was perfect for me to pass on to my friend. (sun
Reply from JPN: Hi, I enjoyed doing those studies and that's a lot of reading if you went through all of them! : ) The feasts are packed with truth but agree that it is important to realise that they are part of the 'shadows' that point to the 'substance' which is Jesus. That is where the reality and fulfillment is! (Col 2:16-17)

Hi, I read about Hebrews 10:26, it always bothers me, when I was in my late teens I was selfish and told God I didn't want to be a Christian anymore all because of something insanely childish, but after a while I asked God to forgive me take me back, but years later I read this passage and it dug deep, is there still a sacrifice for me?
Reply from JPN: Hi Derrick, absolutely... The Father doesn't reject a repentant prodigal son but runs to them! (Luke 15:20) Heb 10:26-29 scares a lot of people because they don't link the willful sin to the previous verse in Heb 10:25 and understand the first century context concerning those that left the Church and went back to Judaism. And after the cross there remains no sacrifice for sins in the old animal sacrifices. I'll send you an email.

Study Viewed: The spiritually dead cannot believe
Christ’s death redeemed all mankind (He did it all by Himself).
That’s why we believe babies, small children (for such is the kingdom of heaven) go to heaven.
Our spirit struggles with the world to rid ourselves of guilt. Once we hear the story that Jesus has already redeemed us, we can only rejoice in it (goodnews), or commit the only unpardonable sin as quoted by Christ himself, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, which is to deny, reject, refuse the Holy Spirit.
Since Adam was created perfect, this was the only decision he could change, to reject God. He didn’t have a choice to be made perfect.

Study Viewed: The Rapture
A majority of prophecy writers and speakers teach that the church will be raptured before a future tribulation period. But did you know that prior to about 1830 no such doctrine existed? No one in all of church history ever taught a pretribulational rapture. What the church believed and taught was the Preterist view. They taught that the raptured took place before 70AD before the Temple came tumbling down as our Lord said it would happened in Matt. 24:2. In Dan. 12:11 speaks of the sign that showed His return would be the end to the daily sacrifice. Heb. 8:13 speaks of the O.T. ending.
Reply from JPN: Hi, thanks for the comment but neither of the 2 points are true. If you want to read some pre-1800 quotes on a pre-trib rapture have a look here: https://digitalcommons.liberty.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1046&context=pretrib_arch

If you want to see quotes on how the early church took a 'futurist' view of prophecy we have a page here:

Study Viewed: Question - What it means Disciple Jesus
Matthew 16:24, Jesus told His disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me" but some one said: " As a Christian, your old self has already perished, eliminating the need for further dying. God loves the new version of you and considers you to be remarkable! ............ God desires from you is not self-denial, but rather embracing and expressing your true self. In short, don’t deny yourself; be yourself!"
I think this is totally wrong , I would like to see your thought. By the way I learned a lot from your website God bless you.
Reply from JPN: Hi, thanks and I'll write a reply to this in the Q&A's, hopefully this weekend.

I counted 28 generations times by 70=1960 then 70 weeks 1960+70 equals 2030! Has to do with 6 who is Satan and Jesus who is 7

I am always in awe of how God is always doing a great work through His children. It's Friday and I work in healthcare, my schedule is very very light so I decided to do a study on the tabernacle and Jesus. I came upon this website as a reference in my search and I am so delighted to see the many wonderful topics that are being shared. Thanks you very much for the willingness to share, I especially love the bible references. God bless Laugh
Reply from JPN: Thanks! There is a lot about Jesus in the Tabernacle and right throughout the Old Testament! Glad you liked what you saw.

God's provision is profound. The dive into Exodus and the example of Moses really helped and will be used in challenges we will face today.
Thank you!
Reply from JPN: Thanks - yeah God always provides good pictures in the Old Testament of important truth!

I've thought about the signs in the heavens and the appearing of Jesus in Matthew 24 which is placed after the Antichrist event as compared to Revelation seal 6 where it's early in the story,. I'm aware that the retelling of events in the gospels were written down years later and not all events are retold in the same order in the four. The events were set in place to make sense to those wrote them down, but that doesn't guarantee perfect chronological placement in the gospels. Revelation was a vision with a nice orderly presentation written as dictated, makes perfect sense as is IMHO.
Reply from JPN: Thanks Eric. I'm actually writing more on this topic in my next message concerning Revelation 6 and its seals.

I have been meditating on the seals for a while now, and I was wondering about you views on the first four seals.

I recall before coming to Christ I was at the airport and there was a huge screen showing this ad for Lancome called Idole. And later when I read the Bible (as a believer at the time) the holy spirit brought that same ad to my mind. I find it curious how if we read 6.2 in latin (vulgata) it says he was given a "corona". And that bow comes from "toxon", from whence we have toxin. White for false peace, because the lockdowns were the calm before the storm.
Reply from JPN: Hi, some of what we have experienced foreshadows, in a limited sense, what is to come. But the seals themselves haven't been opened yet. There will be a study on Rev 6 in the next few weeks. Thanks.

May our Lord bless you abundantly. I pray that God will empower you to one day launch a book with a compilation of all studies!

I woke this morning with this scripture on my heart folk keep saying to one another we must be ready for the lord’s return but how can we be ready?
If we are born of the truth, born of the Spirit of God then what do we do to be ready?
I came across your teaching and read many commentaries it is rare to find someone who shares everything that you also believe thank you for your well thought through biblical answers, a great encouragement X
Reply from JPN: Great - pleased that Q&A helped you. Jesus won't leave any true believer behind. At the same time, we watch both our own hearts (Luk 21:34) and for His return (Mat 24:42) in these difficult days!

I´ve been a believer for just over a year now and reading the Bible for the first time. I first took Nehemiah at face value and thought it was yet another book about the Jewish people messing up just proving that they /we all need Jesus for salvation.
Reading your study has shown me that it´s all about spiritual growth. To be honest it blew me away. It came at exactly he right time , especially the stuff about Sanballat and his 2 friends, and the meaning of the names of Jerusalem's gates.
I really can´t thank you enough for this study.
All the best from Germany.
Reply from JPN: Awesome... Great that you became a Christian a year back! And really pleased you liked the Nehemiah study. You might also like Ruth and Esther. I've been recently thinking of giving the Nehemiah study a tidy up and adding a single page download of the whole study. Might have to now! Smile

From my studying of Scriptures the Marriage will not take place until after the Millennial Reign with Christ. There will be souls saved during this Millennial Reign. My biggest concern whom are the GUEST at the Wedding Feast.
Reply from JPN: Hi, Rev 19:7 pictures the marriage occurring in heaven before the 2nd coming of Jesus. An invitation to the marriage feast, a separate event, then follows in Rev 19:9. The feast takes place in the Messianic Kingdom on earth. The bride is the church. The friends/guests are the redeemed from other ages like Old Testament saints (John 3:29).

Just stumbled across your site after googling PROTECTION OF THE PROMISED SEED.
Am making my way through your site, and so far, I see nothing to disagree with concerning your STATEMENT OF BELIEFS.
Am so cautious because I know the enemy is a clever at deception.
Will continue to proceed with caution and discernment, but for now, I want to THANK YOU for putting together this
amazing and impressive resource!
Reply from JPN: Yeah God calls us to be a Berean (Acts 17:11) testing what we hear against scripture. Pleased you are enjoying what you have seen so far.
