I had been praying to the LORD in what book of the bible I should read. I have been having issues with my illness among other thing and out of a sudden I see you site so decided to take a look at it. I have been studying the Passion this year more so than any year. I was meditating on Isaiah chapter 53 and verse 11 stood out to me. I googled this scripture and came across your website..
You quoted Hebrews chapter 12:2 for the joy set before him. That was a confirmation of God leading me into a deeper understanding of His joy and our joy. My parents were Holy Ghost filled. They taught by precept & examples. My father was a hard praying man, he reminds me of prophet Daniel . But being a child I did as he did prayed. One day at around age 9 the Lord spoke to me telling me I would preach the Gospel, Laying hands on the sick and even some would receive baptism of the laying on my hands. So I can’t understand why scripture contradict what HE TOLD ME. So I do what He call me to do “PREACH” He said it & that’s seal. My dad confirmed it from my mother’s womb I was sent to PREACH. I can’t and won’t hold back from what HE HAS SPOKEN☺️

I have read and reread the material handouts, I have searched through devotionals and other articles online. I have studied from your program many times before in fact I have the Logos Bible on my iPad. It along with my ever-trusty King James Bible are my favorite go To's.

Having been water baptized in an Acts2:38-oriented church 33 years ago, and now part of another church that evidently believes in Baptismal Regeneration (e.g. "baptism doth also now save us" is a chief doctrine) - I discovered this answer by proposing an opposing question. The Holy Spirit has already presented a number of revelations to this group in concert with what is in this article, and I wanted to express my thanks. Also, as part of believing in water immersion as an action of our new faith, I also feel that using our Lord's name is superior to the popular Mt28 fashion.

Hi so I was reading a responders response about receiving the Holy Ghost. You don’t receive the Holy Ghost when you first believe there is a sound you hear when you receive the Holy Ghost. You speak in tonges as the spirit gives the utterance. Acts 2:38, Acts 4:31. You can’t have his spirit on the inside of you by just believing you have to receive his spirit. Though speaking in tonges.

What a blessing it is to be in the presence of the Holy Spirit any time of the day or night. I thank the Lord for the sharing of this site to all of those who will listen. Blessing to all my sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus.
